Emma has been working with Next lately where she releases her own seasonal collections and models the stylish items of clothing.

Prior to her success as a presenter, the mother-of-three began her career by joining the modelling industry.

In 2019, Emma revealed that she was told to ‘lose weight right away’ when she first started as a size 10 teenager.

The television presenter explained she was glad to leave her catwalk career behind, admitting photographers would only ever shoot her from ‘above the knees’ at the time because she ‘didn’t have model-skinny legs’.

The mother-of-three spoke about her body confidence in a candid interview with Women’s Health magazine at the time.

Emma explained: ‘I was 18 years old and a size 10 when I started modelling, but I was told to lose weight right away. And I would only ever be shot from above the knees, because I didn’t have model-skinny legs.

‘I was extremely happy when that part of my career fizzled out and telly happened, because I didn’t have to think about it any more.’

Emma – who is a mother to Isabelle, 11, Ace, nine, and Trixie, five, with musician husband Matt, 38 – said she grew to love her body in her 30s because it had produced her children.

Lovely: Emma rocked the same green pattern in an asymmetrical £36 swimming costume as she beamed to the camera

She said: ‘It’s funny because, when I was younger, my body was “better”, but I was more insecure about it. Then, in my 30s, I had children, so I loved my body because of what it had produced.’

Emma said that she now takes care of her body from ‘the inside’ rather than worrying what it looks like from ‘the outside’ as she wants it to ‘last for as long as possible’.

The star also explained she is conscious not to discuss weight or body image too much around her children, and would rather focus on ‘their character’ than the way they look.

Emma spoke to the publication due to being an ambassador for their Project Body Love – Women’s Health’s biggest ever campaign to improve the body confidence of UK women and girls.

The Project’s Lisa Wilkinson pokes fun at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s rumoured royal feud

Lisa Wilkinson poked fun at the royals during a segment on Thursday’s episode of The Project.

The 61-year-old panelist was discussing a recent BBC report, which claimed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle never asked the Queen permission to name their newborn daughter Lilibet, which was followed by lawyers for the couple denying this.

Lilibet is the Queen’s nickname, and was given to her when she was a young child struggling to pronounce her own name, Elizabeth.

Making light of the situation: Lisa Wilkinson poked fun at the royals during a segment on Thursday’s episode of The Project

‘Who knows what the truth is in this story? All I do know is how much Prince Andrew would be loving the oxygen this ridiculous story is taking up right now,’ Lisa joked.

Prince Andrew has been embroiled in controversy in recent years for his connection to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The 61-year-old royal counted the late Epstein as a friend, and admitted to having stayed at his notorious mansion for three days in 2010.

Rumour has it: The 61-year-old panelist was discussing a recent BBC report, which claimed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle (pictured together in Johannesburg in October 2019) never asked the Queen permission to name their newborn daughter Lilibet

The scandal prompted Prince Andrew to step down from his royal duties, with the FBI still looking to interview him.

It’s not the first time Lisa has been vocal about the royal family.

On Monday, she pointed out that certain royals phrased their congratulatory messages to Harry and Meghan, 39, differently following the birth of their daughter.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their daughter, Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, on Friday in California, and announced the news on Sunday.

Lisa observed that the Cambridges didn’t use Harry, 36, and Meghan’s royal titles when acknowledging Lilibet’s birth.

Neither did Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, but Harry’s grandmother The Queen did refer to their titles.

This omission comes amid a wider discussion about whether or not the Sussexes should relinquish their titles in light of their relentless criticism of the royal family.

‘Can’t help noticing that neither the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, nor Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, used Harry and Meghan’s royal titles in the messages of congrats on the birth of baby Lilibet,’ tweeted Lisa.

She added: ‘The Queen – after whom the baby is named – was the only one that did.’

Noel Gallagher says he will NEVER return for Oasis reunion as there would be ‘no point’

Published

Noel Gallagher has seemingly solidified his stance on ever returning to Oasis.

The rocker, 54, who shot to fame in the band in 1991 but quit in 2009 following a fall-out with co-star and brother Liam, told MR PORTER this week: ‘You don’t really understand unless you’ve really been in it. Once you’ve quit, there is no going back. There’s no point in going back.

‘Bands are weird, you start off as young men and end up going all the way through to being middle-aged dads and all that goes with it.’

‘What’s the point?’ Noel Gallagher has seemingly solidified his stance on ever returning to Oasis

Noel decided to leave Oasis after Liam contracted laryngitis ahead of V Festival in August 2009, with the band canceling the gig. Noel issued a statement, blaming his brother for the cancellation, but cited Liam having a hangover as the reason.

Liam then sued Noel, demanding an apology, which he did – after which he quit the band, saying, ‘I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer’.

Both brothers went on to form new bands after this, and have been embroiled in a public feud ever since.

Elaborating on whether Oasis would have been a stadium band had they started out now, Noel said: ‘It would be mad to think that the first two records [Definitely Maybe and (What’s The Story) Morning Glory] would not transcend into a different era.

‘So, I’d probably say yes, we’d be as big. But we were going for three years before we got signed, and we might not have made it to three years.

‘Now, somebody could film you at a gig and go, ‘Nah, they’re s**t’, so we wouldn’t have been given time to develop.

Would we have got our foot in the door? Maybe not. But would we have been as successful? In any era, I think ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’ and ‘Live Forever’ are going to be pretty special tunes.’

Noel is married to Sara MacDonald. He shares two sons with her – Donovan, 13, and Sonny, 10.

He also has a daughter, Anaïs Gallagher, 21, whom he shares with ex Meg Matthews.

On home schooling the boys during lockdown, Noel said: ‘Home schooling was tough on the kids. My kids don’t give a f**k at the best of times, far less when they are sitting in their own kitchen in their underpants, eating toast when they’re meant to be learning something.

‘I had two young sons when I went away on tour in 2017 and when I came back in 2019 one of them’s got a ‘tache and is calling me ‘bruv’, and the other one is wearing jewellery and saying, ‘Yo’. I’m like, ‘F**king hell, how long have I been away?”

He added: ‘In any era, I think ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’ and ‘Live Forever’ are going to be pretty special tunes’

Family man: Noel is married to Sara MacDonald. He shares two sons with her – Donovan, 13, and Sonny, 10

On how being stuck at home was the toughest for his eldest son, Donovan, he said: ‘He’s at that age where you don’t know who you are. You only get to find out who you are through your life experiences but if you don’t have any, the internet decides who you are.

‘You shouldn’t really let your kids gravitate towards the internet, but what the f**k do you do?’

She’s been keeping fans updated on her weight loss journey on social media.

And Chanelle Hayes showcased her slimmer face as she shared two candid selfies to Instagram on Thursday.

The Big Brother star, 33, who did not say where she was in the images, also asked fans for their advice on dealing with ‘panic attacks in public places’.

‘Stress level 100’: Chanelle Hayes shared a candid selfie wearing a mask to Instagram on Thursday before asking fans for their advice on dealing with ‘panic attacks in public places’

Chanelle’s first post saw her donning a tan cardigan and low-cut black top as she posed with her eyes wide and wearing a blue disposable face mask.

The mother-of-two then shared another image with her brunette locks looking tousled and pushed over to the side.

Here she wrote ‘panic attacks in public places’ and asked her followers on how they ‘curb their symptoms’, suggesting she had just endured one.

‘How do you curb your symptoms?’ The Big Brother star, 33, wore her tousled locks to the side as she snapped another selfie for the advice post

It comes after Chanelle showcased her incredible seven-stone weight loss and body transformation in a before-and-after comparison picture

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the TV personality said that her weight loss has allowed her to make the most of the hot weather with her children.

Penning a lengthy message alongside the comparison picture, Chanelle wrote: ‘I have definitely enjoyed the hot weather much more this year.

‘Losing so much body fat has made the heat enjoyable instead of unbearable.

‘Plus, this summer I can actually fit down the treehouse slide which Frankie has loved because I can actually play with him this year. (Blakely still maintains I am uncool and embarrassing regardless of whether I can fit down the slide or not lol).

Looking good! it comes after Chanelle showcased her seven stone weight loss in pictures from before and after her transformation and said losing weight has ‘made the heat enjoyable’

‘No holidays abroad for us this year anymore, but Costa del Yorkshire is good enough for us. We had Turkey and Mexico cancelled… what about you guys?

‘The diff in weight between these pics is 106lbs and dress sizes are 18 and 10 (uk) #weightlossjourney #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #travel #mumofboys #mumlife #mumsofinstagram #bariatricsurgery #healthylifestyle.’

Last week, Chanelle revealed to her Instagram followers that she has reached her goal weight, in a humble and happy post.

Sharing side-by-side photos, Chanelle looked incredible in the most recent, which saw her posing in a skimpy black strap-top and leopard-print thigh-split skirt.

‘Losing so much body fat has made the heat enjoyable’: Chanelle penned an uplifting message alongside her pictures shared on Sunday and talked about how confident she now feels

She looked a shadow of her former self compared the a snap taken months ago when she was over seven stone heavier.

In the before photo, she held out her arms in a black dress, with the after snap displaying a lean, healthier look.

She posed in her hallway sporting a tanned glow and wore a black belt around her slim waist while toting a matching purse and chunky black boots.

She told fans she had ‘finally made it’ and got herself down to her target weight and size of 9st 10lb and size 10 clothes.

In a proud caption, Chanelle penned: ‘So I hit a personal goal recently and now weigh back inside the 9 stones!

Transformed: Chanelle revealed to her Instagram followers last week that she has reached her goal weight, in a humble, happy post

‘But not everything is about what it says on the scales… in the first pic on the left I didn’t even know my weight because I didn’t want to… although I know it was around 17 stone as I had surgery not too long from that pic (I took that picture to use as inspiration to get healthy again).

‘What I do know is that I couldn’t walk up the stairs that day and opted for the escalator on that trip. I also had to put talc under my boobs, in between my thighs and under my upper arms to stop the rashes I would get from chafing.

‘I avoided every mirror or reflection and generally did not care about or like myself very much.

Proud: She told fans she had ‘finally made it’ and got herself down to her target weight and size of 9st 10lb and size 10 clothes

‘On the right pic, I still get nervous around my reflection in case I see the person I was before who was so desperately unhappy and I still get under boob chafes, but I feel so proud to post myself looking and feeling confident and healthy again.

‘My weight and addiction to food has held me back for so many years I have to pinch myself when I remember I am healthy again and can fit into normal sized clothes without a crying episode in the changing rooms.

‘What is your goal weight / size? Mine is 9st10lb and size 10 clothes and I have finally made it! [sic]’

The star has been extremely candid about her weight loss and recently revealed her weight ‘spiralled’ during the first lockdown to 17st4lb which was ‘morbidly obese’ for her 5ft4in height.

Wow! The mother-of-two has been proudly showcasing the results of her seven stone weight loss to Instagram over recent weeks
