Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul date: UK start time, TV channel, live stream, ring walk, undercard for fight in Miami

FLOYD MAYWEATHER and Logan Paul will do battle in one of the most bizarre boxing matches in history.

The 50-0 Money Man has defeated Conor McGregor and Tenshin Nasukawa in his last two fights, but an exhibition against YouTube sensation Paul could be the strangest yet.

When will Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul take place?

Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul has been CONFIRMED for Sunday, June 6 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida.

The fight was supposed to be held on Saturday, February 20, but the bout was postponed.

It was rumoured that the reason for the postponement was a lack of interest, however Logan Paul denied that that was the case.

Claiming the decision was down to “business complications”, he said: “The Mayweather fight is pushed [back] which I am completely OK with.

“The fight’s still happening [but] we want to have a packed arena somewhere and then the business side of things, we have to iron them out.

“He’s got a lot of people on his team, [his advisor] Al Haymon got involved, if you know boxing, you know what that means for getting an actual deal done and figuring out a venue.

Three ways Man Utd could line up after Jadon Sancho transfer including gung-ho set-up with two attacking midfielders

MANCHESTER UNITED are on the verge of FINALLY signing Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.

SunSport told you last week that United have agreed a £350,000-a-week, five-year deal with the England winger.

Fernandes and Sancho can tuck in centrally to cause maximum threat

Jadon Sancho is currently with England on Euro 2020 duty[/caption]

The Red Devils are still locked in negotiations with Dortmund over a fee, having had a £61million bid knocked back.

Talks are ongoing, with Fabrizio Romano claiming that they are largely centred around the structure of an £81million price.

With the protracted deal looking like going ahead, let’s take a look at how Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could line up his team with its latest addition.

The Norwegian could go all out attack, in which case the back four and goalkeeper will have to be in top form.

David de Gea is set to continue his battle for the No1 spot with England international Dean Henderson.

While Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof and Luke Shaw will most likely remain the most-used back four.

In order to accommodate Sancho, Solskjaer will have to balance his midfield carefully.

If going all-out-attack, he could try Scott McTominay alongside Paul Pogba at the base, provided the Frenchman stays after Euro 2020 – with Fred another option.

Sancho can link up with England pal Marcus Rashford[/caption]

Bruno Fernandes and Sancho will then have license to roam further forward, no doubt creating and scoring numerous goals.

Edinson Cavani has committed to another year at Old Trafford, while Marcus Rashford will hope to better his goal tally of 11 from last term.

Sancho, 21, could be utilised on either flank or nominally upfront, particularly if Solskjaer tries to play two up top in a 3-4-1-2.

In such a system, Alex Telles could potentially come into his own – with Shaw in a left centre-back position.

Solskjaer will also have to ponder what to do with Anthony Martial, when the Frenchman returns from injury next term.

The 49-year-old certainly won’t lack for options, as the Red Devils aim to go one better than the 2020-21 campaign and win the Premier League.

Five possible opponents for Mike Tyson as big comeback announced for September including Evander Holyfield

BOXING legend Mike Tyson is set to return to the ring later this year – but the Baddest Man on the Planet is currently without an opponent.

The former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world returned to action last November for an exhibition bout with Roy Jones Jr, his first fight in over 15 years.

And Iron Mike is planning to get back into the squared circle in September[/caption]

And Tyson‘s current coach – legendary MMA trainer Rafael Cordeiro – recently revealed they’re training for a September outing.

He told MMA Fighting: “We continue training. He’s an athlete and is always training, hitting pads here in the gym.

“I think we’re going to have something in September.”

‘I don’t know who because his company Legends Only League is working on it and negotiating a TV deal so they can announce a schedule, but we’re training.

“We’ll be fighting in September.”

Several names are in the running to face Iron Mike, so SunSport thought it’d only be right to reveal some of the frontrunners to face the 54-year-old.

Evander Holyfield

Tyson’s old rival Evander Holyfield is gearing up to make his own return to the squared circle this year.

The Real Deal will be welcomed back to the ring later this year by Kevin McBride, who was the final opponent of Tyson’s professional career.

The pair’s clash was due to take place on June 5 but has not yet been rescheduled.

If Holyfield gets through the fight unscathed – or if the contest is cancelled – there’s a chance a trilogy fight with Tyson come to fruition.

Lennox Lewis

In April, Tyson claimed his second exhibition would be a rematch with his old foe Lennox Lewis.

Lewis subsequently confirmed he’s open to accepting the fight and revealed talks are ongoing.

When asked if a deal was in place, he told Fox Sports: “Not yet, but soon — maybe. We’re talking.”

But both men have gone quiet on the bout, which would be a watered-down version of their June 2002 clash.

Shannon Briggs

Shannon Briggs threw his name into the hat to welcome Tyson back to the ring last year but was ultimately snubbed in favour of Jones Jr.

And The Cannon is still eager to face his fellow New Yorker, recently calling for the fight on Instagram.

In a video of himself hitting the bag, Briggs said: “They hatin’ on me. I don’t know why they won’t give me a shot.

“Come on y’all, give me a shot.”

James Toney

Former three-weight world champion James Toney is also one of the many fighters interested in sharing the ring with Tyson.

Lights Out called out Tyson in March, telling him: “You better not wear a mini-skirt to our fight. No jokes. Lights Out!”

Toney made a beeline for Tyson and Holyfield last May after the pair announced their respective intentions to return to the ring.

He said: “To all those bringing up my name in these exhibition fight, count me in.

“If they want to do it, give me a call. I ain’t going nowhere.”

Wladimir Klitschko

Former unified heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko has been teasing a return to the ring ever since his retirement from the sport in 2017.

So an exhibition against one of the fighters he used to look up to could be the perfect way for him to get back into the ring without taking too much damage.

The Ukrianian, 45, hasn’t appeared to be training much as of late.

But he recently teased a return in January in a motivational Instagram post, in which he asked: “You know what people love to see more than anything in this world? “A comeback!!!”

The Greek sensation, 22, was playing in his first Grand Slam final when he took on Novak Djokovic in Paris.

Despite taking a two-set lead over the world No1, Tsitsipas eventually fell to a 6-7 2-6 6-3 6-2 6-4 defeat in four hours 11 minutes at Roland Garros.

But he put on a brave fight despite having stepped on to court moments after receiving news of the family tragedy.

Tsitsipas took to Instagram on Sunday evening to share an emotional post.

Captioning a photo holding the runner-up’s plate, the philosophical new world No4 wrote: “Life isn’t about winning or losing. It’s about enjoying every single moment in life whether that’s alone or with others.

“Living a meaningful life without misery and abjection.

“Lifting trophies and celebrating wins is something, but not everything.

“Five minutes before entering the court my very beloved grandmother lost her battle with life.

“A wise woman whose faith in life, and willingness to give and provide can’t be compared to any other human being that I have ever met.

“It’s important to have more people like her in this world. Because people like her make you come alive. They make you dream.

“I would like to say that regardless of the day, circumstance or situation, this is entirely dedicated to her, and only her.

“Thank you for raising my father. Without him this wouldn’t have been possible.”

Tstitsipas’ dad Apostolos also coaches the 2019 ATP Finals champ and is a mainstay in the player’s box at tennis tournaments.

Plenty of people posted messages of support on the Greek’s post.

So sorry for your loss – I know she was watching and so happy for you because you fought so hard today and it was so inspiring and incredibly to see

Coco Gauff

Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian said: “All love. Only the start, dude. She’s proud of you today and everyday.”

Tsitsipas’ other coach Patrick Mouratoglou added: “We are so proud of everything you are achieving Stef.”

American teenager Coco Gauff replied: “So sorry for your loss – I know she was watching and so happy for you because you fought so hard today and it was so inspiring and incredible to see.”

Djokovic’s win moved him on to 19 Grand Slam titles, one shy of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal ahead of the return of Wimbledon.

And he thanked a local French lad for his pep talk during the walk to the bathroom at the end of the second set which helped inspire the comeback.
