Growing their family: Talking to New! magazine, Lauren also revealed that she is already thinking of having another baby and that she wants a little boy

Lauren said: ‘I also want a little boy now… I want to get my body back and my boobs sorted out and I could do that and get pregnant again, but there’s no point getting my body done and then get pregnant, is there?’

The reality star added that she has been ‘comfortable’ during her pregnancy although her body is starting to change ‘a bit more’ over the past few weeks.

Lauren continued: ‘I did have just a nice bump, but now the boobs are dropping and everything’s changing. Obviously I had a boob job, but now I’m thinking, “I’m going to have to get these boobs sorted after”.’

The star continued: ‘I want my implants out. But I’ll be breastfeeding, so I don’t want to mess around with anything, so I’ll see what they look like once I’ve had the baby. They might just be floppy at the minute, because they’re full of milk.’

Future: Lauren said: ‘I also want a little boy now… I want to get my body back and my boobs sorted out and I could do that and get pregnant again, but there’s no point getting my body done and then get pregnant, is there?’

Not long to go: Lauren continued: ‘I did have just a nice bump, but now the boobs are dropping and everything’s changing. Obviously I had a boob job, but now I’m thinking, “I’m going to have to get these boobs sorted after”.’

Lauren also joked that she may consider getting a ‘designer vagina’ after giving birth as her ‘big baby’ girl is due to be around 9lbs.

Yet despite her plans, the reality star sweetly said that she is ’embracing’ her ‘really neat bump’ and that she now has ‘purpose in her life’.

Talking about her birth, Lauren said that she has been given the ‘all clear’ for a home birth and that she is meeting with a doula and midwife next week to discuss setting up a birthing pool in her front room with candles and relaxing music.

Lauren admitted that although she is ‘scared’ she is starting to ‘relax’ more and get into the ‘right mindset’ for the birth.

Breastfeeding: The star continued: ‘I want my implants out. But I’ll be breastfeeding, so I don’t want to mess around with anything, so I’ll see what they look like once I’ve had the baby. They might just be floppy at the minute, because they’re full of milk.’

Similar maternity outfit: Kim Kardashian wore a similar outfit while she was pregnant with North, now seven, in 2013

Talking about her future with Charles, the reality star said they are ‘definitely’ getting married but are deciding whether to tie the knot and then have another baby or vice versa.

Only recently, Lauren revealed that her baby had ‘stopped growing a tiny bit’ and she had been instructed by her midwife to ‘slow down’ after returning to work in her beauty salon last month after restrictions were lifted.

The reality star said: ‘[It] sounds scary, but her growth will speed up as the weeks go on [and] my little girl is bang on the middle of a normal weight at the moment.’

Writing in her OK! column, the mother-to-be added: ‘The midwife asked me what I’ve been up to and I told her about re-starting my aesthetics business and she said this is the time where I should be slowing down and not taking on something new.’

Procedure: Lauren underwent a boob job in 2013, going from a 34D to a 34E cup size (pictured in 2012, left, and November, right)

Emma has been working with Next lately where she releases her own seasonal collections and models the stylish items of clothing.

Prior to her success as a presenter, the mother-of-three began her career by joining the modelling industry.

In 2019, Emma revealed that she was told to ‘lose weight right away’ when she first started as a size 10 teenager.

The television presenter explained she was glad to leave her catwalk career behind, admitting photographers would only ever shoot her from ‘above the knees’ at the time because she ‘didn’t have model-skinny legs’.

Sensational: The presenter, who is married to Busted star Matt Willis, 38, looked incredible for the photoshoot as she worked her best angles

The mother-of-three spoke about her body confidence in a candid interview with Women’s Health magazine at the time.

Emma explained: ‘I was 18 years old and a size 10 when I started modelling, but I was told to lose weight right away. And I would only ever be shot from above the knees, because I didn’t have model-skinny legs.

‘I was extremely happy when that part of my career fizzled out and telly happened, because I didn’t have to think about it any more.’

Emma – who is a mother to Isabelle, 11, Ace, nine, and Trixie, five, with musician husband Matt, 38 – said she grew to love her body in her 30s because it had produced her children.

Lovely: Emma rocked the same green pattern in an asymmetrical £36 swimming costume as she beamed to the camera

She said: ‘It’s funny because, when I was younger, my body was “better”, but I was more insecure about it. Then, in my 30s, I had children, so I loved my body because of what it had produced.’

Emma said that she now takes care of her body from ‘the inside’ rather than worrying what it looks like from ‘the outside’ as she wants it to ‘last for as long as possible’.

The star also explained she is conscious not to discuss weight or body image too much around her children, and would rather focus on ‘their character’ than the way they look.

Emma spoke to the publication due to being an ambassador for their Project Body Love – Women’s Health’s biggest ever campaign to improve the body confidence of UK women and girls.
