Last year he took out £505,000.

Ricky saw huge success last year when season two of Afterlife streamed on Netflix became one of the hits of the first lockdown.

As a result, the star signed a new deal with Netflix to pen a third season, which is currently being filmed.

The figures do not include cash earned by Ricky’s US arm which is boosted by royalty payments from the US version of his hit series The Office.

The show added millions to his wealth as it proved a massive hit running to nine seasons until 2013.

Accounts for Red Lion 100 shows that the company owes his US business – called Gervais Ink Inc – £451,000.

Ricky’s total net worth is estimated to be $140 Million.

Ricky, who stars in and writes After Life, confirmed filming for season three had started in March.

Since its release, After Life fans have been gushing over the second season, which continues to follow the story of grieving local newspaper journalist Tony – played by Ricky – as he begins to have his spirits lifted by his adoring support network.

The show is set in the small fictitious town of Tambury and explores Tony’s struggle with immense grief for his wife. The plot sees Tony try to become a better friend to those around him – who are each grappling with their own problems.

In the last series, things intensified when the threat of the local newspaper being shut down reared – sending everyone into a panic at the prospect of unemployment.

The characters turn to Am-Dram as a way to lift spirits – with hilarious results.

As well as Ricky, the cast includes Penelope Wilton, Ashley Jensen, Bill Ward, Tom Basden, Joe Wilkinson, Kerry Godliman, Roisin Conaty and Diane Morgan.

The Good Place alum Kristen Bell worked out with Benjamin Levy Aguilar, her castmate from Netflix‘s The Woman in the House, in LA‘s Los Feliz neighborhood on Sunday.

It was the fourth public sighting of the 40-year-old Daytime Emmy-nominated producer and the Guatemala-born former footballer, who might be playing love interests.

Benjamin portrays Rex, ‘who may not be the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but he’s definitely the hottest and hard for women to resist’ – according to Deadline.

Kristen executive produces and stars as heartbroken and lonely Anna in the eight-episode limited series co-created by Hugh Davidson, Rachel Ramras, and Larry Dorf.

Production began March 1 on the show about a woman who believes she witnesses a gruesome murder after falling for the handsome neighbor that moves in across the street.

On the personal front, Bell has two daughters – Lincoln, 8; and Delta, 6 – from her seven-year marriage to Bless This Mess actor Dax Shepard.

The Michigan-born couple – who began their romance in 2007 – have collaborated onscreen in big-screen projects like CHIPS, The Boss, Veronica Mars, Hit and Run, and When in Rome.

Meanwhile, Aguilar has been in a relationship with his former Filthy Rich castmate Olivia Macklin as far back as last fall.

Audiences can next catch Kristen reprising her titular voiceover role in Joshua Safran’s 10-episode spin-off Gossip Girl, which premieres July 8 on HBO Max.

‘The new show is really cool because it talks all about how social media has changed us, and it’s more risqué because it’s on HBO Max, and there’s a twist at the end of episode one that’s really different,’ Bell said on last Wednesday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

‘So that’s fun. But that’s much more of like a character and than with Frozen, I guess it’s also a character, cause it’s a little more bubbly than I am.

‘I just like storytelling and I like being able to have the challenge of only using my voice. And you know, from voiceovers you’ve done, you really can go in your pajamas, and it’s great.’

Original stars Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Blake Lively, Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick may or may not make cameos, but their characters ‘exist in this world.’

‘The characters talk about them and that they do exist. So, yeah, I would love to have them come back,’ Safran, the showrunner, told ET back in 2019.

‘The show jumped five years in the future when it ended and we are past that five years now, so it’s whole new things that they could be doing.’

There’s been no shortage of drama onscreen, but it looks like there’s been even more chaos behind-the-scenes on the set of The Celebrity Apprentice Australia this season.

According to a report by New Idea magazine on Monday, there were accusations of perceived unfair advantages, special treatment when it came to makeup allowances, and celebrities threatening to quit.

Meanwhile, producers used clever tactics to help generate additional drama, while some of the contestants formed secret alliances off-camera.

Some of this year’s contestants were rumoured to have prearranged ‘big cheques for their chosen charities’ before they appeared on the show.

Because of this, many of the celebrities who hadn’t organised money in advance felt like their co-stars were had an unfair advantage.

Speaking to New Idea, a production assistant for the show revealed that some contestants were given more makeup assistants than others.

‘If it was on-brand to your character or personality type to be flawless, you were allowed an entourage – take two guesses who!’ they added.

And with the often intimidating Lord Alan Sugar assuming the role of chief executive officer on this year’s show, many of the contestants threatened to walk.

After repeatedly facing the wrath of the 74-year-old business magnate, many started to ‘question if the show was even worth it’.

Put to the test: Contestants were often left feeling hungry and exhausted in an attempt to wear them down

But producers managed to keep the fed up celebrities on the show, and even employed sneaky tactics to generate even more drama.

Contestants were often left feeling hungry and exhausted in an attempt to wear them down.

‘The celebrities were always up early and shooting all day – the hours are very long,’ a source told New Idea.

‘The general consensus from the cast was that they were the most interesting to producers when they were on edge!’

Meanwhile, other celebrities were accused of forming a ‘secret alliance’, with the most noticeable one being between Shaynna Blaze and Martha Kalifatidis.

A source claimed they ‘both had smugness’ and accused of them of being ‘overly familiar’ with the show’s crew.

Shaynna, 58, even called out Lord Sugar after he told her she had a ‘face like a slapped a**e’.

‘You can’t talk about people and their physical appearance in a derogatory way to get a cheap laugh,’ she told him.

The billionaire businessman later apologised for his crude remarks.

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Channel Nine for comment.

She recently admitted to feeling nervous about taking care of her newborn son Sunny as well as her two dogs.

But model and influencer Elyse Knowles, 28, proved she’s since overcome her fears as she stepped out with her baby and pooches in tow on Thursday.

Looking every inch the multitasking mama, the blonde strolled through the streets of Byron Bay with Sunny strapped to her chest, a coffee in one hand and her dog’s leash in the other.

Juggling act! Elyse Knowles, 28, was every inch the multitasking mama as she carried her newborn Sunny in a sling while grabbing a coffee and taking her dogs for a walk in Byron Bay on Thursday

Elyse, who shares baby Sunny with her fiancé Josh Barker, dressed down in a pair of loose blue jeans, a white sweater and  pair of black Converse sneakers.

She tied her hair into a no-fuss, half-up style and carried her belongings in a canvas tote bag slung over one shoulder.

Just last month, Elyse revealed she was crippled by anxiety following the birth of her son.

‘I got quite anxious leaving home for the first time. My heart was racing. I didn’t know if I could do it,’ she said.

‘Having [Sunny], having our dogs and getting out there… and Sunny was screaming in the car and it made me quite scared.’

She added: ‘I found it hard to breathe and I had to tell myself, “It’s fine, what could go wrong? Everyone has babies… you just have to go for it.”

Low key: She tied her hair into a no-fuss, half-up style and carried her belongings in a canvas tote bag slung over one shoulder

‘It took a couple of times to feel confident. But I’m not going to lie, it was hard at the start.’

Elyse said Josh had urged her to go outside and continue her life as normally as possible.

‘Josh was really great with pushing me out, so we went camping when Sunny was five weeks old,’ she said.

‘We got out there and did it. Josh said, “What could go wrong?” Which is true. And I’m so grateful he did push me because now I feel confident doing those special things as a family.’

Elyse welcomed Sunny, her first child with Josh, on February 25.
